Good location and all staff members r so nice coprative breakfast very nice everything close to hotel

The staff were friendly and I enjoyed the food

The location is too rowdy for me. They don't clean the room. We stayed for days, and the room was not cleaned for the duration of our stay, even the bedspread, and the towel was not changed throughout our stay. There is no lift or elevator in the hotel, and I had to climb with my baby and load.The rooms are smaller than it appeared on the video.

Mohammed was excellent, very friendly,great English speaker, made a good cup of English tea after we explained that we add cold milk. Good location,comfy bed and warm shower ,

More variety at breakfast would be good and access to the roof terrace for breakfast or drinks would have been great

Excellent location with rooftop views of the Blue Mosque and the harbor views. But make sure to request lower floor if you’re not used to climb steep stairs. We end up with a challenging top floor, very small, no views and a faint sewage smell.

Owner is very greedy. Restaurant to much costly inside. No water bottles, no good breakfast, I suggest you not spent money in this hotel there are lot of places where you can get gud services.

It’s litterly the first property you got to visit! You have no idea about this view!!! If you don’t try it I don’t understand why you came to Istanbul. The view you will have from the roof or balcony it’s not for words to grasp! The birds you can feel their energy when flying around you. It’s a magical moment that can give you a feeling you may never feel anywhere else. But yess if 100 euro is a cornerstone for you to try it. Then you got to appreciate moments in life more. You have no excuse to try it out just for 1 night. And you will understand. Also beds are COMPFY!!! I mean COMPFY LIKE ITS WORD 10k euro just for their mattress to support your back. I didn’t had even in more fancy hotels this type of mattress quality. You will hear noice but understand you’re on the number 1 road in Istanbul. So that’s impossible to avoid and not that it will bother you. Remember the mattress isn’t your usual experience unless you’re used to pay 500 euro a night for a hotel room. So just try it and enjoy the moment and don’t make my mistake by not having enough of phone memory to capture more pictures snd videos. It will never be enough.

Great location, low cost

The morning of departure I made a simple request to change the pick-up time ( by 15 minutes) for the transfer they arranged and the desk person was impossible, She refused, then said their was no number to call and on an on - until I finally called and the transfer co. was happy to oblige. Also breakfast isn't served until 9, which is late, especially if you have to leave for the airport. They did make an exception and serve me at 8:35, but my transfer was at 8:45

Excellent location if wanting to stay close to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia

Room was too small.

Location near Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Arasta Bazar, Tram Station, halal restaurant, convenience for attractions area. Staff very helpful & friendly. Provide baby coat for free. Spacious and clean room suitable for family. Statisfify and happy stay here. Value for money ? very recommend!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and the shower was clean and totally okay. Location was perfect.too bad the roof terrace wasn't open, it's got a great view of Hagia Sofia and the sea.

These are not actual negative stuff, little things: the room can be noisy even at night since turkish people seem to love their horn. ? The windows were a bit loose so even when closed, there was a little wind, but not problematic.

In room never change bed linen and towels.We have been 4 days.Everything was broken .Also in toilet not work toilet bowl.Only after second advice they repaired.The balcony is very small .Not have any table for sit down on chair.Kettle for hot water have inside muff.Not reccomanded Charm hotel for hospitality.Until not change owner not reccomanded them.

Disappointed!!

The hotel is not as described or shown in the pictures. There is NO terrace, no buffet breakfast, you get the same omlette with some cucumber and tomatoes daily. No fruit/cereal.No room cleaning fir the entire 8 days we were there. Bathroom was shocking, with poor toilet flushing and odour all the time.

It’s really nice and clean and location is great staff was very helpful I will recommend to my friends and family

Great location, close to Sultan Ahmet, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace and ocean. The very clean, nice, safe and great hospitality. Especially the owner and Mahmud with the restaurant which also has great food and a great rooftop bar with AMAZING view ?☺️?☺️❤️

Dirty and smelly room, transfer never arrived

this hotel has nothing good or real or true except location the owners are crooks they took our money and gave us bunch of lies. very dirty rooms many broken furnitures and stairs. very rood stuff very ,tiny terrace not used for breakfast or resting.once they take the money they don’t care if you discover the truth. you will be shocked when you see the entrance of the hotel and the stairs oh my god !! you won’t believe how dirty the rooms are !!and when you complain the rude stuff slam the door and tell you take it or leave

everything about this hotel is false starting from owner who are crooks to the horrible building this hotel was presented as a gemstone hidden in sultanahmet but it is a place of devil and gangs under a form of hotel first of all they don’t show you in their photos on booking.com the entrance of the hotel which is super tiny and discussing, they don’t show you narrowed weak broken metal banister they are using the photos of the terrace to attract you!! but in fact it is a really tiny terrace and it’s used as restaurant for those who pay lunches or dinner which means no breakfast there or resting
